Repairs

How do I request a repair?

Use our Get a Quote form and tell us what device you have and what is wrong with it. We'll review the enquiry and confirm the repair and final price before work begins.

How long do repairs take?

Turnaround depends on the device, fault and parts required. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when we confirm your repair.

Do you repair iPhones and Samsung phones?

Yes. We offer repairs across a wide range of Apple, Samsung and other phone models.

Do you repair games consoles?

Yes. We accept repair enquiries for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and handheld gaming devices.

Can I send my device to you?

Yes. We are building the service to support customers beyond Bridgwater, so contact us first and we'll explain the current send-in process for your repair.

Do repairs come with a warranty?

Qualifying repairs come with our 1-year repair warranty. The exact warranty terms depend on the repair and will be confirmed before work begins.

Buying & Selling

Do you buy broken phones and other tech?

Yes. Use our Sell Your Tech page to request a valuation. Faults, condition, battery health, storage, accessories and other factors can affect the final offer.

Can I part exchange my old device?

Yes. Part exchange is available subject to the device being inspected and the value being agreed.

Can you source a device you don't currently have?

Orders & Stock

Why does a product show as out of stock?

Our live stock reflects the quantity currently available in Shopify. Some models are kept in our master catalogue and are only activated when we actually have that device available.

Are product prices final?

Product prices shown on active listings are the current advertised price. Repair and sell-your-tech valuations are estimates until we inspect the device and confirm the final figure.
